This is a 10 week programme that is developed around your goals. Building on each success incrementally and identifying blocks to progress the client leads where they want their coaching to go.
The 10 week format allows the time to make gentle changes, create accountability for achieving goals and allow for good habits to be part of your lifestyle going forward. It is a far more effective way to make lasting changes than one of sessions.

What happens in a session?
• We talk through your main concerns and identify what your goals are.
• The sessions are led by what you want to achieve. This may change over the course of the programme.
• In the course of a session we will discuss no more than 3 small goals per week to focus on in accordance with the focus you have established.
• We review how your goals are progressing and where any blocks to achieving them need to be worked through or if your goals change we review and realign.

The Continuing Stability Programme is for clients that have completed the Stability in Motion Programme. Continuing Stability is designed for when you have achieved the changes you needed to make but want the continued accountability and coaching to stay on course.
The Continuing Stability package includes a check-in once a fortnight for 3 months to ensure you continue to stay the course with your goals and objectives.
This is particularly helpful for those with weight loss or lifestyle change goals.
Each session:
• Wins and Check in with goals
• Talk through obstacles
• Goals for the month ahead

We will conduct a 40 minute Discovery zoom call. This will enable us to see if we are a good fit to work together, get a brief overview of your situation and allow you to ask me about the process and coaching.

We are ready to go! Following the completion of our agreement for working together, terms and payment we will allocate dates and times for all the coaching sessions and you will be sent the materials that accompany the sessions.
